The key initiative of the Ghana Job Bank however, is to provide private sector skill council and the public school council.

It also involves MoU cohort programs, Ghana industry partnership, one district one factory trade centers as well as chieftancy support.

The Job Bank is poised towards developing a core business strategy as well as peer to peer fairs.

According to Ghana Job Bank, this will help secure funds for the implementation of yearly skilled development monitoring as well as business management projects.
